Boutiqaat Group continues to solidify its leadership in digital commerce through its active participation in Oud Fashion Talks — one of the region’s foremost events bringing together leading experts and entrepreneurs in the beauty and fashion industries. Boutiqaat’s presence added significant value to the forum, creating an interactive space to share its pioneering experiences and reflect the strategic role it plays in driving innovation and evolution across the regional e-commerce landscape.

During the event, Boutiqaat Group CEO Eng. Abdullah Al-Julaibi participated in a panel discussion highlighting the company’s journey since its inception and its pivotal role in redefining the beauty shopping experience. Al-Julaibi shed light on Boutiqaat’s early beginnings, detailing how it successfully overcame initial challenges to transform digital commerce from a nascent concept into a fully developed business model founded on innovation and rapid responsiveness to customer needs.

Al-Julaibi also revealed Boutiqaat’s global expansion strategy, noting the company’s efforts to strengthen its presence in international markets through partnerships with leading global brands across Korea, Europe, the United States, and beyond. He pointed to the recent addition of Charlotte Tilbury to Boutiqaat’s prestigious portfolio, alongside Tom Ford, whose exclusive eyewear collection will be available on the platform starting January — steps aligned with Boutiqaat’s long-term approach of building sustainable, strategic partnerships that enhance its competitiveness and reinforce its global direction.

The CEO further discussed the operational transformations achieved in recent years, particularly following the launch of Boutiqaat’s warehouses in Saudi Arabia, announcing that the company is now preparing to open new facilities in the United Arab Emirates. This move aims to strengthen and modernize Boutiqaat’s logistics network through advanced technology systems and improved inventory and supply-chain management. These developments have resulted in faster delivery times and greater operational efficiency. Al-Julaibi also noted that Boutiqaat is actively studying additional strategic expansion projects across other Gulf countries.

Al-Julaibi emphasized that artificial intelligence has become one of the main drivers shaping the future of global digital commerce. Boutiqaat has established a dedicated technology division focused on integrating AI solutions throughout the customer journey — from developing intelligent in-app search engines for deeper behavioral understanding and product recommendations, to optimizing user experiences and personalizing shopping journeys based on preferences and interests.

Al-Julaibi stressed that Boutiqaat’s investments in AI go beyond enhancing customer experiences, extending to an integrated system that supports influencers and content creators. Through AI-powered digital tools, they gain deeper insights into market trends and customer preferences, enabling them to create shopping experiences aligned with audience expectations.

Concluding his remarks, Al-Julaibi affirmed that customer trust remains the cornerstone of Boutiqaat’s strategy, and the company is committed to continuous innovation to deliver advanced digital experiences that strengthen its leadership position across the Gulf and the broader Middle East region.
