Kuwait City - In response to the royal directives of His Highness Sheikh Nawaf Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah and the guidance of His Highness Crown Prince Sheikh Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah to implement immediate humanitarian operations for the Palestinian people in the Gaza Strip, Boutiqaat has initiated its humanitarian campaign aimed at providing urgent health relief and emergency medical assistance. This initiative involves the provision of eight fully equipped ambulance vehicles, furnished with state-of-the-art medical devices and supplies to support our distressed brothers and sisters in Gaza who have been affected by the continuous aggressions of the Israeli Occupation since October 7th.
Ali Al-Tayyar, Manager of Public Relations at Boutiqaat, stated, "The company's humanitarian campaign complies with the noble mandate issued by the revered sovereign leadership and the directives of the Ministerial Council of the Gulf Cooperation Council, which called for carrying out emergency relief projects to support the Palestinian people in Gaza. This comes in line with Boutiqaat's social and humanitarian commitment."
Al-Tayyar also emphasized: “The company is committed to harnessing its resources and focusing its attention on providing humanitarian aid to the healthcare sector in Gaza. We sincerely hope that these supplies will alleviate the suffering of the affected individuals and help ease their severe hardships.”
On his part, Omar Al-Thuwaini, President of the Kuwait Society of Relief, stated, "Boutiqaat has provided ambulance vehicles to enter the Gaza Strip, which urgently requires medical assistance, especially amidst the deterioration and collapse of the healthcare sector in the strip."
Al-Thuwaini noted that the relief supplies included a total of eight ambulance vehicles, four of which are dedicated to intensive care. He anticipates that this convoy will reach the Gaza Strip soon and be put into service immediately upon arrival, benefiting the maximum number of those in distress.
Boutiqaat extends its sincere gratitude for the fruitful collaboration and tremendous efforts of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Ministry of Defense, Ministry of Social Affairs and Labor, the Kuwaiti Embassy in Cairo, and the Kuwait Society of Relief. Their significant contributions have a profound impact on expediting the supply of relief materials from Jaber Al-Ahmad Air Base and dispatching them to El Arish International Airport via the designated Kuwaiti air bridge.
