Boutiqaat welcomed students from Kuwait University’s College of Engineering and Petroleum for a field visit to its main warehouse facilities, aiming to give students a close look at the company’s logistics operations and offer practical insights into how technology and engineering intersect in a fast-paced eCommerce environment. During the visit, the students toured various sections of the company’s warehouse, observing firsthand how Boutiqaat manages its logistics systems—from receiving shipments from suppliers to organizing inventory and delivering products to customers with speed and efficiency.

Abdulrahman Al Hammadi, Head of Public Relations at Boutiqaat, commented: “Visits like this are part of our broader mission to contribute to the development of future professionals. We want students to leave with a clearer understanding of how modern logistics work in practice”.

Dr. Mohammed Al-Saqer, a faculty member at the College of Engineering and Petroleum, praised the initiative, noting how valuable it was for students to experience the practical side of operations. “This visit helped our students connect their academic knowledge with the real-world responsibilities of engineers—especially in areas like operations management, facility coordination, safety protocols, and inventory systems,” he said.

From innovation in logistics to hands-on exposure to digital commerce, the visit offered students a glimpse into the dynamic systems driving one of the region’s leading eCommerce brands. It served as part of Boutiqaat’s effort to build stronger ties with leading educational institutions, and to inspire and equip students with the tools and insights they need to thrive in the business and technology sectors.
