Boutiqaat, the renowned eCommerce company, has concluded its first series of training programs aimed at preparing young cadres. The program is an extension of the company's policy, which is centered around attracting and empowering ambitious youth within an integrated professional environment designed to produce qualified competencies prior to joining the labor market.

Ali Al Tayyar, the Director of Public Relations at Boutiqaat, explained that the “Product Journey” program allowed the trainees to learn about each department’s workflow and role across the company, along with the internal processes held by its employees. The program came as part of the company’s main strategy, which is to enrich the minds of the youth. 

Sharifa Al-Khaled, a trainee at Boutiqaat’s Summer Internship, stated that the "Product Journey" program allowed her to explore Boutiqaat’s professional culture closely, indicating that the program allowed her to work on real projects with practical applications through a set of specialized training courses and intensive workshops, also allowed the trainees to engage in a realistic work environment, which provided them with an efficient starting point toward a successful career.

Mona Al Mulla, another trainee at Boutiqaat’s Summer Internship, also mentioned that the training program acted as a motivating model that inspired her to build and establish her own business in the future, explaining that the program helped her in forming an idealistic image of the path to her dreams and ambitions.

Al-Tayyar expressed his joy in the program’s success in attracting a group of ambitious, young people, and promised to continue harnessing all the company’s expertise and capabilities towards developing more training programs that adhere to world-class standards of excellence and innovation. He also explained that such programs align with Boutiqaat’s development and investment strategies.
